(Launch is only shared with next door neighbor) We have 3 kayaks and 1 Paddle Board you can enjoy as well. If you are not interested in boating or fishing, you can just relax on the large deck overlooking the river. Our property is off the beaten path and you will feel like you are in the country but you are actually only minutes away from Casino's, Beach, Shopping, Movies, Restaurants & much more. We welcome Snow Birds...NO SMOKING NO PETS PLEASE NOTE:Boat Launch is semi-private. It is only shared with the owners of the lot next door. In Case of a severe flood, this property does will flood. Please watch your local weather station for weather updates. The Owner will also stay in touch with you if this is a concern during your stay.
