From about late October to the end of April, I and my cat will be in the home, however I would be happy to discuss a shared AairBnB type situation leasing a bedroom or two during that time depending on your travel situation. You would have a private room (or 2), private bath, full access to the home and all amenities, washer/dryer, country club facilities, etc..Call or text.....sixzerotwo....sixninezero...sixthreefourzero....During that time I would typically charge $75--$125 / night for 1 person. $125-$175 / night for two people and typically $25-$75 / night for each additional guest depending on length of stay, time of year, age of occupants, if any pets are included, etc...
