This beautiful house sits right high on top of I70 on the side of the hill. It is centrally located to 5 mountain resorts (Keystone, Copper Mountain, A-Basin, Breckenridge, Loveland). Close to Dillon Marina, grocery stores and restaurants, nicely furnished and decorated. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Small dog is welcome with prior approval. Summer is filling up fast!House features 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 3 bedrooms with 2 twin size beds in each (day beds with trandle or just 2 sepaprate twin size beds). There is a beautiful mountain view from the dining room and living room. Even though the house is close to the highway, there is no noise inside.
