Centrally located in the Gunnison Valley, the loft is in downtown Gunnison and walking distance from shops, restaurants, grocery stores and WCU. In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, biking, ATV trails, fly fishing, rafting, horseback riding and golfing. Crested Butte is a half hour away and is the wildflower capital of Colorado. In the winter, Crested Butte Ski resort and Monarch Mountain are 45 minutes away.This newly remodeled loft is on the second floor of the tallest building in downtown Gunnison. The Webster Building was one of the first permanent structures in downtown Gunnison. Originally, the building had a retail shop on the first floor while the proprietor lived on the second floor. The third floor was used as a social hall and rumor has it was a place that Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday would play cards during their stay in Gunnison after Earp's vendetta
