Sit on the porch with the amazing unobstructed views of the Santa Rosa Sound, or take a very short walk/golf cart ride to the gulf. The house location is a straight walk to the beach access, making this house actually closer to the access than most of the houses on Gulf Boulevard. The Master bedroom is on the top floor and features a king size bed, a full bathroom with tub and shower, and a private balcony. This bedroom does have a smart tv. The laundry room is located right off the master bathroom. On the main floor the guest room has a queen size bed, as well as a smart tv. The second room on the main level has a king size bed, and a smart tv. Through this room you access another bedroom.
