Located in Franklin, Washington, United States. The Salty Point....a waterfront fishing cottage with kayaks, ping pong and more! Our fishing cottage is located on a canal connected to the Vermillion Bay, with direct access to southern Louisiana's best fishing, crabbing, boating, kayaking and more.... The home sleeps 8 comfortably, but can hold 10 if small children use sofa sleepers available. It has an open living, kitchen, and dining floor plan, featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds...one set with two twins and the other set with a twin on top and full on bottom. There is a full size sofa sleeper in the living room plus another single sofa sleeper in the sunroom. There is WIFI and a smart tv to steam your favorites. There are several board games and cards for the family to enjoy.The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need....pots, pans, plates, cups, etc. There is an air fryer and regular coffee maker.
