Enjoy playing tennis, basketball or pickleball on your own backyard court, swing in a hammock while listening to the pool waterfall, or gather around 1 of 3 outdoor fireplaces! Beautiful neighborhood perfect for a morning walk and 1/4 mile from the famous Murphy’s Bridle Path and 2 miles from many breathtaking hikes at Piestewa Peak! Parking for 12 cars (6 on driveway, 6 dedicated on street)Since this is our private residence, all closets and garage access will be locked.There are hanging racks and plenty of armoires/dressers throughout as well as 12 parking spaces available front of house and driveway.Our guest house is also not accessible.
