Located in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, United States. Bears like going by Bears Among Us & house is off main road but close to it all Bears Among Us is VERY close to DT Gatlinburg, Ober Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Park Entrances. My log home was thankfully not taken during the great fire of 2016 and is made hand-hewn logs unlike all of the newer homes recently built. The bears actively go by my house and often explore my deck or try to get into guests cars. Guests have sent so many pictures over the years. I love Chalet Village North and my house which is not on the main road so much more privacy and little traffic. It is conveniently accessible from two of the main roads. We finally choose our name after a mom and her two baby bears visited us several times (actually walking up onto our deck and looking around). Getting Around is a SNAP.
