Our place is good for couples and families (with older kids due to unsecured canal on the back of the house). This cute home has a nicely updated new kitchen, stainless appliances, new laminate flooring, fresh paint. Master and second bedroom are in the main cottage, and they share a bathroom. Third bedroom is set up as a separate detached unit, with its own private full bathroom, adjacent to Florida room (screened lanai).Enjoy a large tropical yard on a quiet dead end street. Private fenced backyard.Kitchen is fully stocked for 4 people. Recommended for up to 4 adults max as interior spaces are small (cottage is 1000 sq ft)Beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler included.
