Our home has four bedrooms (two for adults and two for kids), two large living areas, a separate formal dining room with ocean views, a large kitchen, family dining area, laundry room, and office. The primary bedroom has ocean views, a bonus room with a Peloton, walk-in closets, and a large primary bathroom with a standalone jacuzzi tub. A second room has a private deck, full bath, and large closet. The two kids rooms share a jack and jill bathroom and walk in closet. We have a welcoming and sunny courtyard with a heated pool and hot tub. There is also a 700 square foot deck with a fireplace to take full advantage of sunsets over the stunning ocean views.
