New washer/dryer and new full-size fridge (February 2022). Sedona mountain biking and hiking trails are close by. (Owner is an avid mountain biker if you need advice!) There is floor space for a baby crib, and kiddos are always welcome but there is only one queen size bed. Bed is brand new (October 2021). The kitchen features a 4-burner stove, full size sink and full size fridge. Please take advantage of the outside hose bib to wash off hiking shoes and mountain bikes (that Sedona dust is tough on MTB parts!)
