Outside enjoy speakers w/Bluetooth (please bring your own adapter), a BBQ, patio table, gas fire pit, and outside patio seating. Open up the Arizona room and you will find a TV, futon, bar top table, and one video game. This home will surely not disappoint!The spaceEnjoy this amazing lakeview home that is close to restaurants and launch ramps!Guest accessThis is a private home and you have access to the entire home.There is a pool/spa available for your use. The POOL can be heated during the Spring/Summer months May-October only. The cost is $50 PER DAY. So sorry but due to cooler weather NO POOL heat is offered November-April.PLEASE NOTE: If at anytime if you are near the pool equipment you will be automatically charged for $50 day.SPA
