Just a 2 minute walk to the beach with no highway to cross.This beautiful property is in a prime spot for surfing of all levels and/or swimming with the kids and exploring the tide pools. We are just a few houses back from Backyards surf break and a 3 minute walk to Sunset Point Surf Break.
