The spacious loft offers two twin beds and seating for four and a flat-screen TV. The living room area has soft couches and flat-screen TV and a view out to the deck. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances needed to prepare any meal. There is a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, and refrigerator and seating for two at the breakfast bar. Right off the kitchen is a formal dining area with table and seating for six. One bathroom has a shower tub, toilet, and sink while the other has a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.The beautiful deck is less than 100 yards from the Truckee River.This is a great home for the outdoor enthusiast.
