You can have two boats on the dock, ( up 35 ft and a 20 ft allowed) parking for both included and covered parking for two full-size trucks. When you go inside you will enter the guest bedroom that has a twin bed, a fully stocked kitchen(condiments not included) with an island for extra counter space, stainless steel appliances, and flat-screen TVs in every bedroom, and living room. You will enjoy the beautiful views
