The master has a queen, second bedroom has a double bed, 3rd bedroom has a bunk (single on top and double on bottom), 4th bedroom has a king and the 5th bedroom has a king. The sunroom has a trundle (sleeps 2) and the game room (lower level) has a trundle. Sleeps 14 total. There are two porta-cribs available as well as a highchair, bouncy horse, and lots of toys / games. Children's playground 2 miles away. High speed internet provided. It has a modern kitchen, family and dining room, large living room, spacious sun room with beautiful view of Lake Hamilton, outside covered porch on the lower level, also with views of the lake. Upper level has *step-free access to the home’s entrance and carport* with plenty of parking. Dock includes a large swim deck with ladder. Lake is not wheelchair / handicap acce
