It features a big 8 person Hot Tub located outside the Rec. Room. The Karshner Place is located close to the small town of Laurelville, which has a number of restaurants, a gas station, ice cream place, grocery store, Family Dollar with movie rentals and a bank. We allow the Karshner Place to sleep up to 20 guests. The initial price is for 12 guests (to keep the price down for less guests) after 12 we have a guest fee. The Karshner Place features a large living room area with a Smart TV and a Samsung DVD player (with apps). (TV is only Internet TV and only local channels that you can pick up at times, no cable or satellite, bring your own streaming devices and your own internet TV subscriptions) The living room area also has an electric fireplace that heats.
