This will add 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 futon and a bar area with extra living room. GUESTS NEED TO BRING TOWELS AND LINEN FOR THEIR STAY. Beds have mattress covers and pillows are provided on the bed, will need to bring pillows for the couches.
