Living room & kitchen area have laminate flooring and tile in bathroom. Kitchen has refrig, electric stovetop (no oven), counter top oven/air fryer combo, microwave, coffee maker, crockpot, toaster, blender, hand electric mixer, dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. There is also an extra 6 ft folding table and 4 chairs besides the dining table and 4 chairs. There is a Weber propane BBQ, and 8 outdoor chairs to sit on the great porch to look out over the property. 2 spring fed ponds for you to enjoy if you want to fish. There is NO SWIMMING ALLOWED in ponds. Bring your own poles and baits (catch and release). There are 2 flat screen TV
