Condo has 2 bedrooms, with 1 king size bed on first floor and 2 queen size beds in the loft, 2 full bathrooms on each floor, and a kitchen with fridge,microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots, tableware, etc., washer and dryer in the unit,all included. Lanai porch with beautiful views, especially with morning coffee or tea, 2 minute walk to the beach.Secure, fenced parking is on the mainland, and you take a ferry to get to the island; it usually runs every 2 hours. The access code to the parking area will be given prior to arrival. Most stores are a 15 minutes drive from the parking area. Publix (supermarket) is 3 minutes away. A bunch of restaurants are nearby on the mainland, from 2 minutes to 10 minutes by car.There are NO shops, restaurants or stores on the island, ONLY on the mainland. There is also a community heated pool, smoker, as well as a personal barbecue grill.
