Televisions in family room and all bedrooms. Comfortable setting for families or business associates and workers.The house rules are as follows:1. No smoking inside of the house nor on the front porch. Smoking is permitted outside on the patio.2. No pets or animals allowed on the property.3. No parties or gatherings are allowed. 4. No illegal activities allowed on the property.5. Remove the trash and put it in the large trash bins outside. Trash is picked up weekly.6. Wash all dishes prior to departing. 7. The maximum number of overnight guests is 8. For security and insurance purpose, the names of all guests must be sent to me prior to accessing the property.
