Great restaurants, fresh seafood markets, shopping and marinas. The house has large, covered deck with outdoor shower. Spend your mornings watching the sun come up and your evenings watching Heron's roost over the pond in the backyard. We have two kayaks, bikes, cornhole, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella. The beach is a 10-minute walk or 2-minute bike ride (we have bikes). There is a large bonus room over the garage with views of the park and ponds across the street. It has a microwave and mini fridge, double bed, futon, and half bath.
