Charming, Quiet Loft Close To Beach

Located in Lomita, California, United States. Charming, Quiet Loft Close To Beach Contemporary and comfortable, fully self contained warehouse loft in the South Bay. Loft is a stand alone (quiet) open plan loft with high ceilings and feeling of spaciousness. Our Loft has a comfortable queen size bed upstairs plus 'den' area with a single mattress idea for a child. The 'den' is separated from main area by a wall. There is one full bathroom downstairs, plus a toilet upstairs in the loft. Unit is ideal for 1-3 persons or family with 1 child age 10 plus. This is a loft, so (as you will see in the pictures) the stairs are a little steeper than normal that go up to the bedroom and it is open plan. Our minimum stay is 3 nights. However over Spring Break (April) and Thanks Giving we require a minimum of 4 nights stay and between Xmas and New Year holiday (Dec 21-Jan 3rd) a minimum of a 5 night stay.Fresh towels, linens and a welcome basket await your arrival. A hair dryer is also provided. There are games, movies and books available
