The home is in a neighborhood with a “private” boat ramp that is on the Rainbow River at Rio Vista boat ramp, keyed entry, private entrance to launch your boat, kayaks, paddle boards or just tube down the river. The private 3 acre park has grills, shelter for shaded picnic tables, swim area and a place to dock your boat or kayaks. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with central heat and air.
