Only 10 miles to home of Lucille Ball, and the National Comedy Center. We are located between 2 local ski resorts, half a mile from the NYS snowmobile trails, and only 87 miles south of Niagara Falls State park. Relax by the fire, fish, swim, and kayak in the 2 acre pond, and just enjoy the scenery. Our home is unique with a very relaxing atmosphere. All Guests can swim, and kayak in the pond with a signed waiver, and release form.
