Wonderful patio with lounge chairs and gas grill, Backyard with trampoline, as well as a pool& firepit. I live in the basement, but keep to myself after work. Only 1 SMALL PET ALLOWED/DUE TO ALLERGIES AND ASTHMA.NO LARGE PARTIES ONLY SMALL EVENTS ARE WELCOMED / NO SMOKING INSIDE MY HOME.
