For families traveling with small children, a pack & play and high chair are available and stored in the ground floor stairwell closet.Cocoa Beach Villas holds current vacation rental licenses with the State of Florida and the City of Cocoa Beach.Coded doors are used for an easy check-in, and two sets of keys and a garage door opener for each unit can be found hanging above the refrigerator.I live locally and I am available to assist my guests
