The home is located in the high desert with lovely gardens, a little pond, hot tub, and walking paths that meander through cactus and meditative spots. House stays remarkably cool in the summer. There's air conditioning in the 2nd floor primary suite but most nights, you don't even need it. Three large bedrooms all have comfy king-size beds. Two of the three are "suites" with separate sitting areas and large bathrooms, but the third still has a private bathroom. The living room and kitchen open to an open outdoor patio dining space. The kitchen is also a nice gathering space with big dining table, a large island, nice appliances, and electric fireplace that you can flip on easily (with no carbon footprint).
