Lake & New River access w/i minutes, you can enjoy this family friendly cabin that sleeps 10! The home is in Fleetwood Falls w/views of sunsets over the mtns. The neighborhood offers: Fleetwood trail which leads to a small waterfall, lake stocked for fishing, & the short distance to fishing/tubing down the New River.Or (and my preference), watch the sunset with a good book and a cocktail on the 3-tier deck accessible from every room. We are 15 minutes to West Jefferson, a vibe (!), brewery-filled, boutique-lined downtown which has become my ultimate favorite. We are 15 minutes to Old Barn Winery which is A-MAZ-ING. We are 20 minutes to downtown Boone and App State, stay with us for sporting events or visits with your college-kids.
