Living quarters consist of a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen; a modern bath with hot water, shower/tub, water-saving toilet, sink, and towel closet; 3 bedrooms known by their respective birds on each door: 1) the Baltimore Oriole room has two single beds, a chair, bookshelves, and closet 2) the Cedar Waxwing room has a queen bed, chair, bureau
