The house is situated so you can walk up a hill and ski down the mountain slope without driving the Hunter ski resort parking lot.The outside remodeling is currently paused due to the weather conditions and will be continued in Spring 2023. Please excuse our outside appearance.Must be 21 years old and older to book.No parties or pets are allowed.No smoking or drugs (including weed) inside the house.The spaceThe first floor bedroom has a bunk bed (full sized bed with twin top bunk) and a twin trundle. The weight limits for the top bunk and the trundle are 250lbs and the weight limit for the full bed is 350 lbs.
