Once Upon A Tide is one of 4 houses that still sits in the sand, Beach Front on the Pedestrian Beach. There is nothing but sand & the waters edge. The location is ideal as it sits on a quiet area of the beach that does NOT allow cars and is within blocks of convenience stores, restaurants, sightseeing and shopping. The house is a four bedroom / 3 bath house that has all the modern amenities and supplies condiments, personal soaps and hair care and cleaning products. The property has a large kitchen that looks out over the water along with the Dining Room Area and Living Room. Pet Policy: If you love dogs like us, you are more than welcome to bring up to 2. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel.
