Our house is very private, well designed, professionally decorated, and located in The Boulders. If you know The Boulders, you know how unique it is with restaurants, walks, spa, etc. within the property. We seldom leave The Boulders, but there are lots of everything within 10 miles. Golf, tennis, hiking, biking, walking, horse shows, spring training, car auctions, gun shows, and on and on. Phyllis and I are both cooks and spend alot of time in the kitchen cooking (I am from Lousiana so gumbo, etouffe, etc.) and Phyllis likes pasta, fish and other gas stove top dishes. We totally remodeled the house with new floors, Hunter Douglas blinds, cabinets, granite, appliances, doors, spa equipment, etc in 2015.
