Step down off the rolling lawn to sandy bottom warm water + slide onto your floatie... away you go. Or, wade in past the minnows hundreds of feet until you reach the chill of deep water. Beautiful, high-end finishes, furniture and amenities in this very private cottage. This home is designed + appointed for mature guests only. It is my own personal hideaway for stepping off into peace and serenity. The sandy, private community beach is maybe 1/4 mile down the road. A lot of folks just walk down in their bathing suits with their towels.... Yet, you can swim in front of our house. The water is 50 feet away, down three (can be slippery) rock steps....to a sandy bottom lagoon. Almost heated pool temp, you can walk out probably 60 feet to deeper water.
