If extra guests come to the house without prior communication you can also loose your deposit. We ask that you be respectful of our neighbors, they are very watchful and update us if there’s a problem. No music or dj’s are allow in the back yard. No “loud” talking, laughing or yelling after 10pm on the week days and 11pm on the weekend.
