You will be charged for a empty and refill if it turns green. Guests to the small house behind this house can walk by the hot tub. There is no way around this. Heat for the house- The gas stove is controlled with a wall thermostat. And there are wall heaters in most rooms. Extra portable heater in the closet for winter use in the dining room.
