Our Rockaway Beach vacation rental has a partial ocean view and is just a few steps across the street to the sand! This house has been owned by our family for over 40 years. The ranch style house has been recently updated with a new kitchen, fresh carpet and paint, new sofa with recliners, and recently updated bath. The house is comfortable and well-maintained. We have a big living room with 2 couches and a large-screen TV which has Spectrum cable and the home now has WiFi. Enjoy the oceanview while eating at the large dining table. The house will comfortably hold 6 people. We have 2 bedrooms: each with a queen bed and a twin. We also have 2 twin roll-away beds in storage closets in the living room.
