For the 2024 season our return guests have us booked January thru end of April. Our rental history: In addition to the winter season we are frequently full in October and November. Family and friends join us from about December 20 through January 1st. Please consider the 'summer' season, May through October. The weather is delightful, the gulf is warm, the roads are less traveled and the restaurant deals are fabulous. However if we do have and opening in Jan-March we require a 28 day minimum booking. We will consider a two week only if at one month away we still have availibility.Accommodations: Attached cottage west, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 2 - However we no longer accept pets due the health of our own dog.Exce
