There is no airconditioning or television. The house is in a family neighborhood, across from a school, so no parties or groups more than 6 people at a time; quiet hours are 10 pm - 7 am. Built in 1902, the house is classic with all the charms of history. With trees all around, the harmless box elder bugs and nature can sometimes get inside. A friendly outdoor-indoor may be on the premises.Children are welcome note there are stairs and a raised platform deck without railing. A great place to call home while you're visiting Paonia!
