Lake Hamilton next to Hot Springs, Arkansas!The Blue Roost is located on beautiful Lake Hamilton. The house is in a neighborhood rural area. The BLUE ROOST is a one of kind, laid back kind of style lake house right Lake Hamilton! This is not a 5 star hotel experience where everything is brand new and top of the line, but a real lake house with a tower! The Blue Roost doesn't have granite counter tops, (ours are laminate, it was built in the 90's). We keep a clean, clean, clean house, but have kept the original integrity of the home, brass fixtures and all. And- we have a lot of steps to get down to the lake ... so keep that in mind for your group when booking :)(Please note that the VRBO map below is "as a crow flies" not actual drive distances. Hot Springs, Oaklawn Race track and boat rentals are about 18 miles, approx. 25 minute drive. I can't control the distan
