COVID-19:Due to Covid, we are currently not accepting overlapping reservations for individual room rentals (ie multiple guests in the house, as we have traditionally done), and so any rental will result in the house being be yours privately. The house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests as per CDC and NYS standards, and when possible we've set a 2-3 day gap between guest check-ins/outs.
