The second bedroom has an in suite bathroom with shower. The 3rd bedroom has a bathroom across the hall with a bathtub/shower. All of the living spaces enjoy constantly changing water views. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, blender, microwave, coffee maker... the essentials to create a gourmet meal. There is a huge deck that is about 10' from the beach. A BBQ sits just off the deck and you can watch the view while cooking. We have Wi-Fi and a smart TV. If you have a Netflix, Amazon video or other movie account, you can use your passwords. We have basic Direct TV
