Prouts Neck, Steps to the Beach

Located in Scarborough, New York, United States. Prouts Neck, Steps to the Beach Our wonderful home can now be used 365 days a year after a 2021 winterization which added air conditioning and heat to the entire house. The home has been in the family since 1937. We are on a pretty lane which dead ends at the beach. The beach at Prouts Neck is one of the most private and beautiful in the world. Our home is very comfortable for parents and children or grandparents and family due to having 5 bedrooms, 4 are upstairs, as are two bathrooms, and one bedroom with en suite bath is downstairs. All baths are renovated, but retain their original charm. We also have a spacious and modern, but old fashioned style kitchen. Best of both worlds!! Check out the photos. Laundry machines are new. Our floors are painted an attractive blue and all bedrooms have new windows & screens. We have A/C, but it is rarely need because, after all, this is Maine, by the water!! There are several TVs.
