It is a 4 bedroom house with 3 full bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. A perfect home while visiting Orlando theme parks or just for get away.This house is located in Davenport off of route 27. It has a private heated swimming pool, covered big size lanai, and garage with pool table. Swimming pool is heated per request for an additional $40/night or $220/week (October through April), 24-hour notice is required. Please note that the heater is highly dependent on outside air temperature. If the outside temperature drops below 50, the heater may not be efficient enough to bring the pool temperature to the set temperature. No Refunds will be given in that situation as the heater was working per guests’ request.Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, coffee machine, blender, toaster, fridge/freezer, dish washing machine.
