Memories are to be made on this all sports lake with 5,200 acres of trails nearby at Yankee Springs Recreation Area. The main level is a full kitchen, bathroom, laundry & living area with a queen size Murphy bed in the living area. Upstairs in the loft are 2 twin beds & a full bed. No actual bedrooms. Upstairs balcony overlooks the lake. Outside you have access to 2 adult kayaks, 2 child kayaks, & a stand up paddleboard.Guest accessThe covered patio has a patio table with seating for 6 as well as a gas grill.Feel free to use the sporting equipment that includes yard games, basketball hoop, kayaks, and a paddle board (Life Jackets are supplied).You are allowed to dock your boat at our dock directly behind the house free of charge.
