This full basement space offers a private entrance, lots of natural light, two lovely bedrooms with luxurious queen-sized beds, a full bath, (please note that while the toilet may make gurgling noises, it is fully functional; it is a basement toilet that wasn't correctly vented when the house was built by the previous owner...so it talks back) fully stocked kitchen, open living area and laundry room. Not handicap accessible. My pricing is based on 2 guests, additional guests are $10.00 each per night. The space will accommodate 4 people in 2 beds, but there is space for additional guests if you want to bring an air mattress.
