The home is out in a rural area, with a scenic 13-acre acre private lake located right outside your door. The lake is stocked with bass, blue gill, and crappie. The Cuivre River runs the length of the property on one side. If you're not a fisherman, you can sit on the new deck or down at the boathouse and watch the Eagles or Canadian geese that frequent the lake and river year round. You will be sure to spot a deer as well as many other wildlife. The new large deck is partially covered allowing for use regardless of the weather. We have comfy patio furniture and a gas fire pit for relaxing and star gazing. The house has four large glass panes which are a part of the sliding glass door that opens onto the deck with a beckoning vi
