NICE & COZY VACATION PROPERTY The house itself is a bungalow duplex that has two completely self-contained units.This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary accessories (microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans etc.); lovely and cozy family room with a soft couch, armchairs and TV with entertainment channels. There is a wireless high speed internet connect everywhere in the unit.There are one bedrooms with a queen size bed and den that has 1 daybed(2 twin beds, one bed pulls out from under another). The unit has 1 washroom with shower and 1 powder room. Outside patio with dining table and sunbed. The garden has beautiful fruit trees. You will have your private unit access, parking spot and backyard space.We have an extra window conditioner in the bedroom with remote control and ceiling fans for additional and faster cooling (if central a/c not enough). There is no thermostat in this unit for central air. Electric fireplace is for you for cozy winter evenings
