We have 2 bicycles, snorkel gear, cooler, grill, and popcorn machine on the premises. Englewood beach is a short 30 minute ride away. Sunrise Park is down the street with free tennis courts and an area to launch Kayaks. Port Charlotte Beach Park is also 5 minuets away providing a public swimming pool, park with equipment and beach area. If you want to just hang out at the house, that is ok too. Enjoy WiFi, cable TV on the 50" TV in the living room or the 30" TV in the sun room. If you prefer to sit outside, there is a pergola covered patio area to enjoy the Florida sunshine with a cold drink or nice cup of hot coffee.
