The project involves demolishing an existing residence to build a new one and making improvements to the alleyway (behind the home) and sidewalks. Noise can be expected from Monday to Saturday, between 7 am and 4 pm. Detours will be in place for approximately three weeks, and traffic control will be present during this period. The demolition and construction will start on September 1, 2024, and continue through September 2025. Additionally, the garage may be inaccessible during the time of the alleyway improvements.
